STAFF INSTRUCTOR: PIANO

Pianist Heather Creighton is an experienced and highly perceptive teacher who works with students of all ages. She is equally adept at starting beginners on a solid musical foundation and helping more advanced students achieve their technical and performance goals. Heather has served as a faculty member at the New England Conservatory Preparatory Department, Old Dominion University in Norfolk, Virginia, and San Domenico School in San Anselmo, California.

In addition to teaching, Heather is the principal keyboard player for the Marin Symphony and performs both as a soloist and collaborative pianist around the Bay Area. She earned a Bachelors Degree in Piano Performance from Oberlin College Conservatory of Music and a Masters Degree in Piano Performance from the New England Conservatory of Music.
